Recover your Duo Twostep account

To recover your Duo Twostep account you'll need a set of bypass codes.

There are a few options for getting bypass codes:

I have my bypass codes and am ready to recover my account.

1. Open the device manager.
2. Authenticate with your username and password
3. When prompted by Duo click "Other options"
4. Select "Bypass code"
5. Enter one of the provided bypass codes
6. Recover your account using one of the following options:
   1. If you are adding a new device to replace a broken, lost or stolen device, Click +Add another device and follow the on-screen steps
   2. If you got stuck during the enrollment process, choose Device Options next to the device you began to enroll, Activate or Reactivate Duo Mobile and follow the on-screen steps
